Background. Johan Bouwer is a graduate of a commercial school in Holland as well as a graduate of a technical college in Canada. Bouwer has been in business for almost 35 years and is well versed in all aspects of setting up and running of a marketing company. For nearly all of his adult life Bouwer has worked in electrical, electronic and plumbing businesses. Bouwer is active in the CIPH, OPIA, CSA B45 Technical Committee, ASME A112, Main Committee and advised magazines on editorial contents.
